Beyond Basics

Continue your dog's training without the commitment of a dog club with our Beyond Basics course. This course is offered twice a month for any dog who finishes one of our six-week courses. You pay one price for 12 or 22 classes, and you and your dog can come as often as you want.

During this innovative training course, we focus on teaching them core skills and tricks through fun games. We also offer Doggie Dancing, which is social time with other dogs and their owners.

AKC™ Advanced Dog Training & Testing

Our school offers American Kennel Club™ (AKC) testing and training on two levels: Canine Good Citizen™ and Community Canine™. We cover the required content and course skills during our six-week class, and then we give the test during the last week. Classes last for one hour each week.

Testing is available throughout the year. If your pet has attended our school previously, this testing is free.

Therapy Dog Training & Testing

Functioning under the Therapy Dog International™ organization, we offer therapy dog training, mentoring, and testing. We have our own tester who goes over all the requirements with you and performs the test.

In addition, we have a team of therapy dogs who visit schools, libraries, hospitals, hospice facilities, nursing homes, and retirement facilities. We are often invited to visit Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts troops. This is a volunteer opportunity, and each pet receives a merit patch for every visit.
